Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development of greenfield projects from inception to completion.
Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable React applications.
Integrate React applications with legacy systems and ensure smooth transitions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including backend developers, designers, and project managers, to deliver high-quality products.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.
Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications.
Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth delivery and deployment of features.
Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Experience Required:

7+ years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years focusing on React.
Strong expertise in React, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern front-end development practices.
Proven experience in developing greenfield projects, from concept to delivery.
Hands-on experience in integrating React applications with existing systems and legacy architectures.
Proficient in state management libraries like Redux or Context API.
Familiarity with front-end build pipelines and tools such as Webpack, Babel, NPM, etc.
Experience with RESTful APIs and GraphQL integration.
Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira).
Strong understanding of unit testing frameworks like Jest or Mocha.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with TypeScript, React Native, or other front-end frameworks is a plus.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Strong understanding of performance optimization techniques in front-end development.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
