Job Summary

We’re seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer who combines technical excellence with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for delivering beautiful, pixel-perfect user interfaces. In this role, you'll play a critical part in shaping the user experience of our product by transforming high-fidelity designs into seamless, responsive, and accessible web applications using React and Next.js.

🎯 What You’ll Own & Lead:

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize high-quality, responsive, and performant web applications using React and Next.js, ensuring a smooth and consistent user experience across devices and browsers.

  • Collaborate closely with product designers to translate design concepts and Figma mock-ups into seamless, visually polished user interfaces that meet both aesthetic and functional requirements.

  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, adhering to modern development standards, accessibility guidelines, and industry best practices.

  • Contribute to the front-end architecture, helping to define scalable patterns, reusable components, and maintainable structures to support long-term product growth.

  • Participate in code reviews and technical discussions, offering constructive feedback and sharing knowledge with the engineering team to uphold code quality and consistency.

  • Continuously improve performance of web applications through profiling, optimization, and the implementation of modern tooling and techniques.

  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in frontend development, particularly within the React/Next.js ecosystem.

📚 What You Bring to the Table

  • 10+ years of professional experience building modern web applications, with deep expertise in React and Next.js in production environments.

  • A strong command of JavaScript and TypeScript, along with expert-level understanding of HTML and CSS, including responsive layouts, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.

  • Proven ability to deliver pixel-perfect, high-quality UIs, with experience translating Figma or other design tools into clean, maintainable front-end code.

  • A proactive, self-driven mindset with a strong sense of ownership — you take initiative, follow through, and hold yourself to a high standard of excellence.

  • Demonstrated grit and drive — you’re not afraid to dive into complex problems, experiment, and iterate until you find the best solution.

  • A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and is excited to contribute to a high-growth company and product.

  • Experience using analytics, A/B testing, and other data-driven methods to understand user behaviour and inform feature development and optimization.

  • Solid understanding of frontend performance, with the ability to identify bottlenecks and implement effective solutions.
