Job Title: Frontend/Mobile App React Developer
Job Description:
We are on the lookout for a talented Frontend/Mobile App React Developer to join our forward-thinking development team. In this role, you will be entrusted with the task of crafting and optimizing mobile and web applications using React technologies, ensuring a seamless and interactive user experience.
Responsibilities:
- Work in tandem with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and developers to grasp project specifications and translate them into technical designs.
- Design and develop responsive and interactive mobile and web applications using React and React Native.
- Implement best practices in frontend development, ensuring high performance, security, and maintainability.
- Conduct rigorous testing and debugging of applications to ascertain they adhere to quality standards and offer an uninterrupted user experience.
- Optimize applications for peak performance and scalability, factoring in aspects like device capabilities and network conditions.
- Remain abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and frameworks in frontend development and proactively suggest improvements to refine the development process.
- Collaborate with the QA team to pinpoint and address any anomalies or issues reported by users or identified during testing phases.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, nurturing a cooperative and knowledge-sharing environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven track record as a Frontend/Mobile App Developer, with at least 2 years of experience in React and React Native development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and familiarity with state management libraries like Redux.
- Comprehensive knowledge of frontend development frameworks, libraries, and tools.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and integration of third-party libraries and APIs.
- Solid grasp of mobile and web UI/UX principles, with the skill to create visually compelling and user-centric interfaces.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to function effectively in a fast-paced, team-centric environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to effectively articulate technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
Working hours
9:00am-6:00pm
There will be a probationary window of at least 3 months, up to a maximum of 6 months. Assessments will be scheduled during the probationary window and suitable candidates will be offered full-time positions. The company reserves the right to release any candidate who may be assessed to be unsuitable for this role.
