SynaptiQ is 3E’s SaaS product, an independent, evolutionary software suite for asset management of renewable energy portfolios (more information on https://www.3e.eu/solutions/synaptiq). SynaptiQ collects near-real time data of more than 20 million devices spread over 10 thousands utility scale and commercial solar and wind sites spread all over the globe.

We develop and operate advanced analytical services to enrich the monitoring data by:

• machine learning & artificial intelligence.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior React Developer to lead our frontend development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in React, JavaScript, and related technologies, as well as proven leadership mentoring & people skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of React developers
• Architect and oversee the development of scalable and maintainable React applications
• Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and design patterns
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement product features
• Mentor and guide junior developers to enhance their skills and knowledge
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex issues
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the React ecosystem

• 5+ years of professional experience in React development
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Typescript, HTML & CSS
• Experience leading and managing a team of developers
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Knowledge of modern state management using Redux, Redux Toolkit &
• Redux Toolkit Query
• Familiarity with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Playwright)
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Experience with CI & deployment pipelines. Docker experience appreciated
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field

Bonus Skils

• Experience working in the renewable energy industry
• Experience working with data intensive applications and complex chart rendering (Highcharts, re-charts)
• Experience with Docker
