Job description
Role: Frontend Developer [React.js & Next.js]
Location: Gurgaon
Experience: 2-4 years
Role Objective: We are seeking to hire skilled and motivated Frontend Developers with strong experience in React.js and Next.js to join our growing tech team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about building performant, scalable, and maintainable web applications and have a deep understanding of modern frontend technologies and architectural patterns.
Key Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop user-facing web applications using React.js and Next.js.
2. Design and implement responsive and high-performance UI components.
3. Optimized codebase in order to optimize the web applications in terms of SEO, pages using GetServer SideProps, GetStaticProps and API routes in Next.js.
4. Implement dynamic and static routing using file-based routing in Next.js.
5. Integrate RESTful APIs and work closely with backend developers to ensure seamless data flow.
6. Write clean, scalable, and reusable code.
7. Debug and resolve performance or compatibility issues.
8. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in React.js and Next.js with hands-on experience.
- Shall have 2+ years of experience with Next.js, including SSR/SSG.
- Strong understanding of ES6+, functional components, hooks, and component lifecycle
- Good experience with HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS /SCSS, and responsive design
- Solid understanding of Frontend fundamentals, including
- Asynchronous programming
- API calling/ fetch or Axios
- Authentication/authorization/ role-based access functionality
- ERP/ CRM based portals experience
- Experience with modern frontend styling tools (e.g., Tailwind CSS, global CSS, Material UI, charts and tables).
- Knowledge of version control (Git) and CI/CD workflows.
Preferred Key Qualifications:
- Experience with TypeScript in React/Next.js projects.
- Familiarity with state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, Recoil, etc.).
- Understanding of SEO principles and performance optimization in Next.js.
- Experience with serverless deployments (e.g., Vercel, Netlify).
- Knowledge of testing frameworks like Jest, React Testing Library, etc.
