Job Description & Requirements

  • Develop and maintain responsive, high-quality web applications using React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers, backend engineers, and product managers to deliver intuitive and engaging user experiences.
  • Implement reusable components and front-end libraries for efficiency and consistency.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security.
  • Ensure cross-browser compatibility and adherence to accessibility standards.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous integration processes.
  • Stay updated with emerging frontend technologies and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) as a Frontend Developer with a focus on React.js.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend frameworks.
  • Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Context API).
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and GraphQL integration.
  • Knowledge of build tools and version control (Webpack, Babel, Git).
  • Understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards (WCAG).
  • Bank domain experience is needed.
