Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Engineer to help design and build our enterprise-wide central data marketplace platform. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in React, Python, and Postgres, along with strong experience in building scalable, secure, and innovative full-stack applications.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy full-stack applications for enterprise data discovery, access, and governance.

• Architect event-driven workflows such as data subscriptions and distribution.

• Integrate AI/ML and agentic frameworks (OpenAI, LangChain, LangGraph, etc.) to enhance intelligent search, recommendations, and automation.

• Ensure scalability, performance, and security across the platform.

• Drive adoption of best practices in CI/CD, automated testing, and agile methodologies.

• Collaborate closely with lead technologists and stakeholders to align with enterprise data strategies.

• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to architecture and technical standards.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science/Engineering (Master s preferred).

• Strong experience in React, Python, and Postgres.

• Proficiency in backend services, RESTful APIs, and distributed/microservices architecture.

• Experience with data and workflow tools (Kafka, Airflow, Spark, DBT, Dremio, DuckDB, etc.).

• Knowledge of AI/ML integration and frameworks (OpenAI APIs, LangChain, LangGraph, MCP).

• Strong understanding of enterprise data management, governance, and access control.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
