Role Overview:

We are seeking a Frontend Developer (React) to join a high-impact digital transformation initiative. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in React-based application development, UI testing, and close collaboration with product and backend teams. You will contribute to building scalable, high-performance, and user-centric digital solutions that support investment and operational strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop modern, responsive web interfaces using React.js and related frameworks.
Collaborate with UX designers and backend engineers to deliver cohesive product features.
Conduct thorough unit and integration testing to ensure code quality.
Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and maintainability.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and code reviews.
Work closely with internal IT and business stakeholders to ensure alignment with functional requirements.

Required Skills & Experience:

7+ years of professional experience in frontend development.
Strong proficiency in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3.
Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Context API).
Hands-on experience in frontend testing tools (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library).
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous data handling.
Understanding of modern frontend build pipelines and CI/CD tools.
Experience working in an enterprise IT or financial services environment is a plus.

Nice to Have:

Familiarity with TypeScript.
Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Experience with Agile delivery in regulated environments.
Knowledge of performance optimization and web accessibility best practices.
