We are seeking a highly skilled Micro Front-End React Development Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the development of high-performance

web applications using Reacts, with a focus on micro front-end architecture. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring code quality, Test coverage and Coordinating with offshore developers.

Responsibilities:

+ Builtreusable and configurable micro front end web applications using React and deploy the application images into container base services on Azure cloud.

+ Collaborate with UX/UI designers, product managers, and backend developers to deliver high-quality solutions.

+ Collaborate with onshore/oftshore developers and Ensure the code quality, and integration and test coverage.

+ Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.

+ Participate in architecture design and technical decision-making.

+ Prepare tow level technical design documents and web application manuals.

+ Ensure the application meets high performance and security standards.

+ Implement state management solutions using Redux or similar libraries.

+ Optimize components tor maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.

Qualifications:

+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field,

+ 10+ years of experience in web development.

+ B+ years of experience with Reacts.

+ Proven leadership and team management skills.

+ Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

+ Experience with modern front-end build pipetines and tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel).

+ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

+ Familiarity with micro front-end architecture and best practices.

+ Experience with RESTful APIs and Agile methodologies.

Skills: React js, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Redux, Webpack/Babel, Git, RESTIul APIs, AG Grid, Azure Cloud, Container services, Azure Databricks and Agile methodologies.
