The Ava Labs Product team is looking to add a Frontend engineer to our amazing team. We are looking for a creative engineer capable of coming in and contributing to any project that the team may have in the pipeline. You will have ownership over UI/UX landing pages, SEO implementation, Analytics, Webflow, and Graphic design!

WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Develop web applications using modern front-end technologies
  • Translate UI/UX design wireframes to code, creating responsive and user-friendly websites
  • Follow Engineering best practices, based on industry standards, such as code reviews, coding standards, architecture and design reviews, technical documentation, and so on
  • Understand requirements & proactively ask questions for clarifications
  • Be able to work both independently and as a team
  • Be proactive and spontaneous with communication on Slack, Google Meet, Jira, email, and other channels
  • Maintain a positive and excited attitude
  • Keep a learning mindset and learn new skill sets that pertain to our technology needs
  • Collaborate with other developers and Scrum team members
  • Background in crypto, Web3, and blockchain technologies a plus
  • Building out analytical pipelines, understands the crypto space and the limitations of the data we can and cannot collect. Works with the UI teams to help drive the initiatives of the marketing team through our applications.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING
  • BS or higher degree in Computer Science
  • In depth knowledge of architectures, computer science principles and the latest UI/UX technologies
  • 3+ years developing UI/UX focused products and applications
  • Responsive and component based web apps
  • JavaScript/TypeScript
  • Typescript, React and/or VueJS
  • Graphic Design (Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc)
  • Custom CMS or Headless CMS (ideally Contentful) setup
  • Analytics (Ability to set up tracking/tags/onsite actions in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, CM360)
  • Short-form video production a plus
  • HTML/CSS
  • A/B testing experience 

Salary Range: $136,400.00 - $182,000.00 (**This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, a final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.)
