Hi! We're Bee Talents, an IT recruitment agency that has been helping clients from all around the world in building their technical teams since 2015. Today, we would like to invite you to participate in the recruitment process for one of our clients (currently on Stealth Mode).
They are an early-stage start-up with a very experienced founding team from the UK and Poland making our first 10 hires in the next year, and are looking for innovative and driven individuals to join them. This is a unique opportunity to work with an ambitious team that values creativity, hard work, and a collaborative way of working. As part of their first wave of talent, you will have a big impact on the development of their product and company!
Product: the company's mission is to revolutionize the way homes are managed by building an AI-powered property management co-pilot. This AI agent will help clients with all things property-related - from finding an electrician or plumber to comparing home insurance quotes. Their platform will also digitise all information about a property to proactively manage maintenance and admin. The goal is to alleviate typical frustrations associated with property maintenance and repairs, thus improving marketplace efficiency and saving time and money.

Currently, they have 5 people on board (CEO, COO, CTO, UK Commercial Director and Head of Product) and we’re looking for a Founding Senior Front-End Engineer with 5 years of experience in software development in React.js and React Native.
What our client can offer you:
🎯 Role: Founding Senior Front-End Engineer (React.js & React Native)
💰 Salary and type of contract: 22-28k PLN on B2B (plus 0.5+% - depending on the experience - of the company’s value in 4 years vesting)
🌴 Holiday: 26 paid working days off + sick-leave

⏱ Working hours: flexible (but there are dailies, plannings and retros they want you to part in :))
🏢 Working mode: 100% remotely (with several travels per year to London or within Poland)
🇬🇧 Speaking language: mostly English as most of the team is based in the UK :)
\n- leading the development of mobile and web applications using React.js and React Native,
- ensuring robust, scalable, and high-performance solutions,
- collaborating closely with the CTO, designer, and product manager to define technical requirements and transform visionary ideas into tangible products,
- translating designs from Figma into functional and visually appealing user interfaces,
- driving the architecture and build of new features, focusing on high user engagement and seamless functionality,
- upholding high standards of code quality and maintainability with thorough code reviews and adherence to best development practices,
- writing comprehensive unit, feature, and end-to-end tests,
- taking initiative in problem-solving, proactively identifying and addressing potential setbacks throughout the development lifecycle,
- mentoring mid and junior developers who will be hired in the next months,
- fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement within the team.
- minimum of 5 years of experience in frontend development, with expert-level proficiency in React.js and React Native,
- demonstrable track record of developing high-quality mobile and web applications from scratch,
- strong command of modern JavaScript, SCSS, CSS, and HTML, along with a thorough understanding of frontend development tools and practices,
- experience working in a fast-paced, startup environment where rapid prototyping and iterative development are paramount,
- excellent problem-solving skills, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability,
- outstanding communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead projects and interface directly with senior management,
- fluent English with a minimum of B2/C1 level, enabling effective communication in a professional setting.
- salary 22 000 - 28 000 PLN monthly on a B2B contract (5 months of probationary period),
