The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensure utilization of high standards and industry best practices for all test analyses and executions for all digital systems being developed both internally (or in-house) and externally to BFI.
Responsibilities
- Drive initiative to manage FE Engineering resources to achieve company’s business goals effectively.
- Collaborate with Architecture team to define technical roadmap for FE Engineering
- Drive team development processes including recruitment, mentorship, coaching, training, etc.
- Increase maturity of FE Engineering department via continuous improvement initiatives
- Assist on technical problem-solving whenever it is deemed necessary or relevant.
- Ensure FE Engineering’s deliverables (e.g., test plans & roadmaps, test cases & acceptance criteria, test results, bug-tracking & resolution-tracking) follow all relevant internal & external standards (e.g., regulatories)
Qualifications
- Min of 15 years working experience with 7 years working experience as lead.
- Strong analytical thinking.
- Have a solid technical background with understanding in software development.
- Solid experience hands on Web mobile Applications Development tools such as ReactJs, Javascript for web apps development and Flutter or React native development (for iOS and Android)
- Experience on leading the team and great exposure on frontend development and architecture.
- Experience in giving assessment and performance review, create standards for the team as part of the people development.
