• 8+ years of experience in front-end development, with a strong focus on React.
• Proven experience architecting scalable, maintainable, high-performance front-end applications.
• Ability to translate designs into pixel-perfect UI components, ensuring precision in layout, spacing, typography, and interactions.
• Deep understanding of modern front-end build pipelines and tools.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and back-end integration.
• Solid grasp of accessibility standards and web performance optimization.
• Ability to propose and implement architectural improvements, identifying the best patterns and frameworks for scalability and maintainability.
• Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment, delivering under tight deadlines.
• Advanced proficiency in English (both written and spoken, mandatory).

• Expertise in the React Context API, React Hooks, and TypeScript, as well as modern CSS frameworks such as Tailwind CSS and Material-UI.
• Experience working with real-time data streaming technologies and protocols like WebSocket or SSE, and a strong understanding of best practices.
• Familiarity with automated testing frameworks such as Playwright, Jest, Cypress, and others.
• Proven ability to work directly with product teams to define and implement user-centric designs.
• Strong skills in translating high-level requirements into detailed front-end designs and UX workflows.

• Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance front-end applications.
• Build and optimize real-time frontend features that consume streaming API endpoints
• Architect intuitive and robust user interfaces, ensuring seamless user experiences.
• Drive features end-to-end, taking full ownership of the development from design to deployment
• Collaborate with back-end teams to define application architecture, interfaces, and integration points.
• Work closely with product teams to translate high-level requirements into detailed front-end designs and user experiences.
• Define and refine UX strategies, ensuring alignment with project goals and user needs.
• Optimize applications for performance, accessibility, and compatibility.
• Provide technical guidance, mentor junior developers, and contribute to project planning.
