CI&T is expanding and we are looking for a Senior Developer to be part of our team in our development center in Colombia. In this position, you will lead technically and design software solutions, working closely with teams in US and Brazil.

To Be Considered You'll Need:

- English fluency

- Your CV/resume submitted in English

Responsibilities:

- Enable the development team to build, enhance, and maintain applications as well as to work with new technologies.

- Maintain the product backlog, working closely with the Scrum Master and the client to break down the user stories into manageable tasks.

- Ensure that solutions are following security and performance best practices.

-Maintain design and other documentation required by the clients.

-Communicate with customer’s team members to discuss technical solutions.

-Understand requirements and make viable technical solutions by choosing appropriate frameworks.

-Guarantee a stable and productive development environment.

Requirements for this challenge:

- Fluent or advanced English Skills

- Experience with Azure

- Solid experience in frontend development, including React, XState, Next.js and GraphQL.

- Comfort learning new frameworks.

- Experience with Feature Flags

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Circle CI, Github and Gitlab).

- Ability to create a proof of concepts and code complex mechanisms.

- Willingness to work with different technologies and learn every day.

- Ability to share your knowledge with more junior team members.
