This is Tayná Oliveira from CI&T's Talent Attraction team.


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Systems Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in React using Tailwind, NextJS, and Headless CMS systems. This role requires strong expertise in infrastructure and CI/CD processes, along with excellent communication skills in English to engage in technical discussions with clients. The Systems Architect will manage client expectations, participate in project expansions, and serve as the bridge between internal teams and client teams.


Responsibilities


- Design and develop high-quality system architecture using React, Tailwind, NextJS, and Headless CMS systems;

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team, promoting best practices in software development.

- Engage with clients to understand their requirements, provide technical consultation, and translate business needs into technical solutions.

- Participate in scope and requirement discussions with clients, managing expectations, and providing ballpark estimations.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and QA engineers, to deliver high-quality software solutions.


Requirements:


- Experience in software development and system architecture;

- Proven experience in managing client expectations and handling scope/requirement conversations;

- Deep knowledge of React, Tailwind, NextJS, and Headless CMS systems;

- Expertise in infrastructure and CI/CD processes, with experience in tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, and Azure DevOps;

- Understanding of software design patterns, microservices, and RESTful API design.

- Advanced/Fluent English, with excellent communication skills for technical discussions with clients.
