About the Role:

The React Js Developer will help create an exceptional digital product and a great user experience. Working on an innovative project, they will work closely with our client and our team to bring our client's vision to life. In addition to supporting pre-sales activities to help secure new projects, you'll share your knowledge within the organization and the wider software community. You'll play an active role in the hiring process through technical interviews and provide detailed reports and documentation on solution designs and project progress.

Key Accountabilities:

Collaborate with multidisciplinary agile teams to deliver exceptional outcomes to customers

Understand customer requirements and collaboratively design front end solutions

Use innovative technologies to build outstanding technical solutions

Convert visual design concepts into working prototypes and templates

Contribute estimates for Agile stories and epics

Develop, document and test high quality code

Work closely with Testers in a test driven environment

Solve technical problems with our teams and customers

Contribute to the ongoing development of our coding standards and processes

Knowledge and Experience:

2+ years experience in developing React Projects

Experience working with: Javascript, Typescript, React.js, Redux or alternative, Webpack

Experience working in an Agile environment

Personal Attributes:

Outstanding consulting skills, with strong negotiation and influencing skills with customers

A passion for delivering exceptional technical solutions and customer experiences

Additional Information

Salary Offered: commensurate with experience

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days working from home)

Shift Schedule: Day (specific hours TBD); 9 hours a day, 5 days a week
