Within your first six months, you will be challenged to own and deliver at least one significant app feature. Throughout this process, you'll work hand-in-hand with our QA and product teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and ensuring the maximum impact of your contributions. What you’ll do

• Architect and develop cutting-edge mobile applications using React Native
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and deliver exceptional user experiences
• Implement best practices for mobile application development, including performance optimization and code maintainability
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and continuous improvement
• Become an expert in React Query, Zustand, Expo, and custom animations

Required Experience/ Qualifications

• 1-3 years experience developing mobile applications using React Native
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and related web technologies
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality software products in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for building intuitive user interfaces and optimizing performance
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Mission-driven mindset with a desire to make a positive impact on society

Additional Details

Location: This is a remote position based in the United States working Central/Eastern business hours.brid

Compensation: The annual base salary for this role is $91,000 - $101,000.  The actual base pay within this range depends on many factors, such as education, skills and experience. Base pay is only one part of Clair’s competitive total compensation package which includes benefits, perks and equity. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
