The EAA Compliance CXAE team in Coinbase’s Platform organization builds AI-first systems that improve how compliance and customer-experience agents work.

About the role

This Software Engineer develops full-stack platforms and operational tools used in regulated workflows. The work spans React interfaces, Go services, cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, automation, and AI-assisted experiences.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain user-facing tools for compliance and customer-experience workflows.
• Develop React frontend experiences and Golang backend services.
• Design APIs and integrations for reliable data movement and operational automation.
• Operate cloud-native services using AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, and related infrastructure.
• Integrate AI capabilities into workflows while maintaining correctness, security, auditability, and human oversight.
• Own systems through design, implementation, testing, deployment, monitoring, and production support.

Qualifications

• Professional software-engineering experience building production systems.
• Experience with React and Golang or comparable frontend/backend technologies.
• Cloud and infrastructure experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, distributed systems, and observability.
• Strong problem-solving skills and comfort working in compliance-sensitive environments.
