Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Engineer with expertise in ReactJS, NextJS, and NodeJS to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a self-driven individual who is passionate about technology and has a strong focus on performance and DevOps activities.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop and Maintain Web Applications:

Design, develop, and maintain web applications using ReactJS, NextJS, and NodeJS.

Ensure the applications are scalable, secure, and performant.

Performance Optimization:

Focus on performance discussions and drive improvements in application speed and efficiency.

Implement best practices for optimizing front-end and back-end performance.

DevOps Activities:

Understand and streamline DevOps activities, including continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.

Collaborate with the DevOps team to ensure smooth deployment and operation of applications.

Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other engineers, to deliver high-quality products.

Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
