By joining our team as a Frontend React Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of finance.
About the role
You will be creating various white labeled solutions that are embedded directly with our financial partners, enabling them to offer crypto natively through their existing apps. Your work will be front and center for thousands of users as they begin to explore the world of cryptocurrency enabling the next wave of mainstream crypto adoption.
We are seeking an energetic and highly motivated individual to fill a key position on our Engineering team as a Frontend React developer (senior-level) to work within a technology environment that is built on React, Python, and AWS.
What you’ll be doing
- Architecting and building a scalable frontend framework/pattern that can be applied throughout our various frontend applications
- Building a component library to synchronize our frontends’ look and feel across platforms
- Interface with banking and technology partners to build simple, beautiful, intuitive products and integrations within existing financial ecosystems that our customers genuinely love
- Develop application components in a modular fashion
- Develop applications that heavily leverage REST APIs and various other integrations
- Collaborate with other developers and product managers to creatively ideate use cases and solutions to solve real world problems
- Own what you build as you architect, test, and refine the product suite
What skills & experience you will bring to us:
- 4-5+ years of experience with frontend software development. Advanced knowledge of React is a must have.
- Experience building responsive applications for both desktop and mobile.
- Advanced Sass/Css skills.
- Experience developing with APIs.
- Strong test driven development practices.
- Passion for cryptocurrency, and willingness to dive in and learn new technologies.
- Experience building banking, payments or other financial technology, preferred.
- Enthusiasm for working in a startup environment with the ability to adapt and learn quickly.
- Optional - Python experience. If you have this or have an interest in learning it, you’ll have an opportunity to do full-stack development.
