Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Full Stack Developer with a strong focus on React

Native (React Native CLI). You will be primarily responsible for developing mobile applications,

while also contributing to web frontend and backend systems. This is a great opportunity for

someone with 1+ year of hands-on experience to grow in a fast-paced, product-driven

environment.

Key Responsibilities

Mobile Development (Primary Focus)

• Develop and maintain mobile applications using React Native CLI.
• Build reusable UI components and manage application state using Redux.
• Optimize app performance and ensure platform compatibility (iOS/Android).

Full Stack Development

• Build frontend components using React.js.
• Develop backend APIs and services using Node.js (or equivalent).
• Integrate third-party APIs and manage database interactions (MongoDB/PostgreSQL).
• Assist in authentication, data modeling, and basic DevOps workflows.

Collaboration & Code Quality

• Collaborate with designers, backend engineers, and QA teams.

• Participate in code reviews and write unit/integration tests.
• Follow best practices for mobile deployment and CI/CD.

Must-Have Skills

• 1+ year of experience in React Native using React Native CLI.
• Experience with Redux and React.js.
• Working knowledge of backend development with Node.js or similar.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, Git, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Ability to debug, test, and optimize mobile applications.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Knowledge of TypeScript, Firebase, or cloud services (AWS/GCP).
• Experience with mobile CI/CD tools (e.g., Fastlane, App Center).
• Exposure to databases like MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
• Deployment experience to App Store and Google Play Store.
