We invite an experienced, proactive, and self-driven Software Engineer proficient in PHP and React.js technologies and possessing good MongoDB skills to join our team. ✅ Is that you?

3+ years of PHP commercial development experience, preferably strong familiarity with Zend Framework
Good knowledge and hands-on experience with React.js
Proficiency in NoSQL database concepts, particularly MongoDB
Upper-Intermediate English level
Effective communication and collaboration skills for proactive team and stakeholder interaction
Experience communicating in English with US-based clients and stakeholders
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
Willingness to learn, adaptability, autonomy, initiative, and a strong sense of accountability

Desirable:

Familiarity with cloud providers (preferably Azure cloud)
Experience with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, etc.)

🧩Key responsibilities and your contribution

In this role, you'll join our globally distributed team of experienced developers, QAs, a Scrum Master, and a Product Manager. You'll contribute to delivering exceptional software solutions, enhancing existing features, and crafting new functionalities that meet diverse business and user needs.

Help develop new product features and maintain existing ones
Assess technical solutions, communicate potential risks, and suggest improvements
Communicate and collaborate with the team to estimate and break down project work
Perform design and code reviews to monitor quality
Actively participate in bug fixing to ensure optimal system performance
Help create and maintain documentation for technical solutions
Expand technical knowledge to stay updated with industry trends
Implement improved architectural design methods and practices
