We are seeking a seasoned Tech Lead with a minimum of 8 years of experience in software development, proficient in Python, React, Django, Vue, and AWS, to join our team remotely from anywhere in Latin America.

You will play a crucial role in leading the development team, working in an agile environment to deliver world-class software products.

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development.
  • Proficiency in Python, React, Django, Vue, and AWS.
  • Strong understanding of Software Architecture and Best Practices.
  • Experience with large-scale projects, utilizing microservices architecture.
  • Familiarity with RabbitMQ, PostgreSQL, and Nginx.
  • Proficiency in cloud deployment (AWS).
  • Knowledge of modern software development practices including Git version control, Unit Testing, TDD, Code Reviews, CI/CD, etc.
  • Full-time availability.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
