The Opportunity
Dubber is looking for experienced software engineers to join our technology team in Melbourne. You will be part of a dynamic and fast-paced company working within a cross-functional team to drive the design, development and release of products that deliver the company's vision and strategy. As a Software Engineer - React you will need to have professional experience in software development and a deep understanding of technology, you should also be personable and capable of collaboration with others.

The Role

Reporting to one of our Technical Leads, you will have a range of different things you will be involved in, some of which will be to:

Work within a cross-functional team to design and build modern cloud based applications to process and expose insights for voice data
Building a modern front end application to provide an interface to the Dubber platform
Collaborate with design and product teams to understand and expose new functionality
Contribute to engineering discussions across our software platform
Implement best practices for security and performance

Skills and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field and/or Technical background and experience in agile software delivery
Demonstrated experience building scalable solutions running on modern platforms such as Kubernetes running on cloud platforms
Proven experience with the React framework and Typescript
Knowledge of REST API standards and design
Experience with Node.js or other server side languages
Thorough understanding of software patterns and practices
Experience working in an Agile environment
Automated testing experience
Demonstrated ability to be a team player and deliver high quality solutions
