Job Title: Tech Lead React

Location: Pittsburgh, PA (Onsite 5 Days a Week)

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tech Lead with deep expertise in React to join our dynamic team in Pittsburgh. This is an onsite leadership role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and has a proven track record in building scalable front-end applications, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of high-performance web applications using React and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Collaborate closely with product owners, UI/UX designers, and backend teams to deliver robust solutions.
• Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and code reviews for the development team.
• Drive best practices in front-end architecture, performance optimization, and code quality.
• Participate in requirement analysis, sprint planning, and stakeholder meetings.
• Ensure technical solutions are aligned with business goals and compliance standards.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 8+ years of overall software development experience with 4+ years in React.js.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, ES6+, HTML5, CSS3, and state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Context API).
• Experience in front-end performance tuning and security best practices.
• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and microservices integration.
• Prior experience in the banking or financial services domain is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and agile methodologies.
• Understanding of accessibility standards and cross-browser compatibility.
