Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Front-End React Developer to join our team on a hybrid basis in Kansas City, MO. This role involves the development and maintenance of responsive, scalable, and visually rich web applications using React.js (v18/19). The position starts as a contract with the potential for full-time conversion, depending on funding.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain modern web applications with React.js.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend developers for seamless integration.
Optimize performance, scalability, and responsiveness.
Participate in peer code reviews and contribute to best practice guidelines.
Troubleshoot NPM builds and manage dependencies effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

Strong experience with React.js, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Redux.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous handling.
Comfortable using Docker, Git, and modern front-end build tools.
Exposure to TypeScript, testing frameworks (e.g., Jest), and CI/CD pipelines.
