We are currently seeking a remote Senior Automation Test Engineer proficient in JavaScript to join our team. This role involves testing our visualization product and ensuring its high quality. You'll be working alongside a team of developers, designers, and product managers to identify and resolve issues. Your expertise in automated testing will be crucial in creating and maintaining test cases, as well as contributing to the enhancement of our testing strategies. The ideal candidate should have prior experience with integration testing tools and a robust understanding of non-functional requirements/testing such as performance, security, and accessibility.

Responsibilities

Create and maintain automated test cases for our visualization product
Collaborate with the development team to identify and address issues
Contribute to improving our testing strategies and processes
Ensure that all non-functional requirements/testing are met
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members
Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, contributing to planning and estimate efforts

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in automation testing with a value-driven approach
Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript
Experience with integration testing tools such as Postman, Fitnesse, or Karate
Good understanding of non-functional requirements/testing such as performance, security, and accessibility
Familiarity with OOP concepts
Clear understanding of architectural design and code
Experience working in Agile teams with knowledge of Agile principles
B2+ English level

Nice to have

Knowledge of Enzyme
Experience with React.js
