We are hiring an experienced Lead React Native Developer to join our team and design a cross-platform mobile application.

This is a fully remote position that allows you to work from anywhere in Belarus, whether from home or in well-equipped offices located in Minsk, Grodno, Brest, Gomel, Mogilev, or Vitebsk.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Take over the role of acting team lead when necessary, maintaining client communication and providing team updates with an actionable plan
Serve as the primary developer while being capable of working independently and offering support to teammates
Plan sprints, break down work into tasks, and manage related activities effectively
Design mobile applications using React Native as the core cross-platform framework
Review peer code and conduct unit testing to maintain high standards in software quality

REQUIREMENTS

5+ years of proficiency in React Native (including React Navigation, React Native view layer, Redux, and React Native Firebase for push notifications & crash reporting)
Background in developing iOS and Android mobile applications
Leadership experience in managing or coordinating teams
Strong understanding of design patterns and mobile development concepts
Familiarity with agile methodologies and development practices
Commitment to work ethics and accountability for delivering final results
Resilience to work under client expectations and time constraints
Upper-intermediate to advanced English skills, both spoken and written (B2+)
