We are seeking a Lead React Native Developer to join EPAM Systems in Poland.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Design, develop, and test mobile applications using React Native
Understand API specifications and develop user interfaces accordingly
Perform peer code reviews and conduct unit testing to ensure high-quality software
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs to improve application performance
Maintain code quality and organization through best practices
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to mobile development

REQUIREMENTS

5+ years of experience with React Native
4+ years developing iOS and Android mobile applications
Thorough understanding of design patterns and concepts used in mobile development
Experience working in an agile environment
Good work ethic and strong sense of ownership of end results
B2 level of English proficiency in verbal and written communication

NICE TO HAVE

Familiarity with mobile banking applications
Proficiency in Swift programming language
Experience with APIs and integration
Background in software testing methodologies
Understanding of user experience design principles
