  • At least 1 year of relevant leadership experience
  • Strong software development experience across web applications, client-side SDKs, APIs, and microservices
  • Background in building GenAI user experiences, conversational UX, and real-time response streaming interfaces (SSE/WebSockets)
  • Skills in developing chat assistants and prompt UI patterns
  • Proficiency in Python backend development and integrating cloud-native REST APIs on AWS/Docker
  • Showcase of architecting enterprise UI component libraries, design systems, and developer SDKs for multi-team consumption

Nice to have

  • Understanding of RAG retrieval, vector databases, and citation rendering
  • Knowledge of React Native or web-to-mobile wrapper experience for AI workflows
  • Expertise in WCAG 2.1 AA compliance, a11y standards, and accessible UI component architecture
