Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deliver secure, scalable, and high-performance applications for digital banking platforms.
Implement micro-frontend architecture and reusable component libraries to standardize development across projects.
Write clean, optimized, and testable code following enterprise security and compliance standards.
Participate in requirement discussions with BAs, solution architects, and product owners to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Work closely with testing teams (DEV, SIT, UAT) to ensure defect-free and production-ready deliveries.
Support offshore teams with technical knowledge sharing and mentoring when required.
Drive quality through code reviews, unit testing, and adherence to coding best practices.
Collaborate in a global agile delivery model, ensuring alignment with business-critical milestones.

Requirements:

8–12 years of software development experience skills in : React.js (hooks, Redux, Zustand), TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3.
Solid backend development skills in Node.js, Express.js, REST API design and integration.
Minimum 5+ Years in Banking is Mandatory.
Proficiency with RDBMS/NoSQL databases such as Oracle, MySQL, and MongoDB.
Proven experience in micro-frontend or modular application design.
Strong debugging, performance tuning, and problem-solving skills.
Exposure to enterprise banking applications (retail, corporate, cash management, or wealth platforms).
Hands-on experience in unit testing, CI/CD, and secure coding practices.
Excellent communication skills to interact with business stakeholders and technical teams.
