Responsibilities:

  • Architect and build scalable ReactJS applications with clean component design and state management best practices
  • Develop micro frontend modules that integrate into enterprise platforms and support feature-level independence
  • Create and maintain shared UI component libraries used across products and squads
  • Collaborate with backend teams consuming REST APIs, GraphQL, and event-based data sources
  • Lead and participate in design discussions, story grooming, and cross-team technical alignment
  • Conduct code reviews with a focus on performance, reusability, and adherence to design patterns
  • Proactively fix UI defects and contribute to production issue resolution with traceable and testable fixes
  • Write clean, modular, and testable code using modern JavaScript/TypeScript practices
  • Interface with business analysts and product managers to clarify user stories and translate them into front-end architecture
  • Take ownership of features from design to deployment with minimal hand-holding

Requirements

  • 8+ years in JavaScript frameworks with minimum 5 years of hands-on ReactJS
  • Demonstrated experience in micro frontend architecture – actual implementation in a modular enterprise platform
  • Deep understanding of:
    • HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)
    • ReactJS, including hooks, state management, component lifecycle
    • TypeScript, Material UI / Ant Design /similar component frameworks
    • REST API integration, GraphQL
    • Version control systems (Git, Bitbucket) and CI/CD tools (Jenkins)
  • Familiarity with backend stack:
    • Understanding of how backend APIs are developed (preferably in Java/Spring Boot)
    • Experience working closely with backend teams and debugging integration issues
  • Must have delivered features in at least one of the following domains:
    • Banking / FinTech (payments,transaction workflows, digital banking)
    • Logistics / Transport tech (e.g., freight tracking, vessel mapping, real-time dashboards)
