Role Summary:

 

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UI/React Developer with a minimum of 5+ years of total experience in front-end development, including extensive experience with React and modern UI technologies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading the design and development of user interface solutions for complex applications, mentoring junior developers, and driving innovation in front-end technologies.

 

Responsibilities

•             Lead the design, development, and implementation of high-quality user interface features using React and other modern UI technologies.

•             Drive the adoption of best practices in code quality, performance optimization, and maintainability.

•             Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Backend) to define, design, and ship new features.

•             Mentor junior developers in the team, promoting a culture of learning and continuous improvement.

•             Stay abreast of emerging front-end technologies and techniques, evaluating their applicability to our goals and objectives.

•             Contribute to the strategic planning of the technology stack and architecture.

 

Requirements

•             5+ years of total experience in front-end development, with a strong focus on React and other modern UI frameworks/libraries.

•             Expert knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.

•             Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Zustand, Redux, MobX) and hooks.

•             Strong understanding of responsive design principles and best practices.

•             Experience with testing frameworks such as Vitest, React Testing Library, Playwright.

•             Proven experience in leading projects and mentoring team members.

•             Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

•             Candidates should have exposure to networking concepts and experience working with or for companies in the networking sector. This includes understanding network configurations, protocols, and security best practices. Familiarity with networking tools and technologies that integrate with UI layers will be considered a strong asset.
