Java Full Stack Developer (Java + React) Job Description

Role Summary
We are seeking a skilled Java Full Stack Developer with expertise in Java backend development and React frontend development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality solutions that meet business and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack applications using Java and React.js.
• Build and enhance backend services, APIs, and microservices using Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs.
• Develop responsive and user-friendly front-end applications using React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, UX/UI Designers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Integrate frontend applications with backend services and third-party systems.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, security, and reliability.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Support Agile development processes including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years (or as applicable) of experience in Full Stack Development.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and REST APIs.
• Hands-on experience with React.js, Redux/Context API, JavaScript ES6+, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with relational databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and API integration.
• Experience with Git, Maven/Gradle, and CI/CD tools.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP is preferred.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of messaging systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Familiarity with authentication and security frameworks (OAuth, JWT, SSO).
• Exposure to automated testing frameworks and DevOps practices.
