The Role

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Frontend Engineer (5–7 years) to own the user experience of our platform. You will be a high-impact IC, but you’ll also serve as a technical north star for a small team of engineers, helping them level up their craft.

This is a full-time position, on-site, 5 days from office in HSR Layout, Bengaluru (Bangalore)

What You’ll Do

● Architect & Build: Lead the development of high-performance mobile and web applications using React Native or Flutter.

● Optimize Everything: Obsess over experience metrics. You’ll be responsible for minimizing load times, optimizing bundle sizes, and implementing sophisticated caching strategies to ensure a "zero-latency" feel.

● Mentor: Guide a small, agile team through code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical career growth.

● Innovate with AI: Integrate AI-forward workflows and features into our frontend ecosystem, moving beyond standard CRUD operations to create intelligent user interfaces.

● Product Collaboration: Work closely with design and product teams to translate complex fintech workflows into simple, elegant user journeys.

What We’re Looking For

● The Experience: 5 to 7 years of professional experience building and scaling fintech consumer-grade applications.

● The Stack: Deep expertise in cross-platform mobile frameworks (React Native and Flutter) and modern web technologies.

● Performance First: A proven track record of moving the needle on metrics like LCP, TTI, and First Contentful Paint. You know exactly when to use a local DB versus an aggressive cache policy.

● FinTech DNA: You understand the nuances of trust, security, and precision in financial interfaces.

● AI Enthusiast: You don’t just use Copilot; you have personal projects or a deep interest in how LLMs and Generative AI can transform the frontend experience.

● Leadership: You enjoy being an Individual Contributor but have the emotional intelligence and technical depth to collaborate with the team.

● You have contributed to open-source libraries.

● You have a "Product Engineer" mindset—you care as much about why we are building a feature as how we build it.

● You’ve navigated the complexities of financial regulations and data visualization in past roles.
