The Role & What We Are Looking For

We are seeking a Senior Full-stack developer who will demonstrate sound technical skills, has rich experience with modern frontend and backend technologies; ability to develop into the existing codebase and lead a team of engineers. We are looking for an engineer who is eager to dive into a highly collaborative and fast-paced environment to build innovative financial products. We're looking for someone who can:

Can coordinate releases in a timely manner and maintain deadlines
Ability to manage a dynamic team of developers and strong conflict resolution skills
Hands-on full-stack developer, individualistic contributor and a team player

The engineer will be reporting directly to the CTO and CEO; working in close collaboration with the existing development team. The developer should be well-versed in current technological trends and familiar with a variety of languages and databases as outlined below.

Desired Qualification & Background

Proven 5+ years of industry experience in full stack development (frontend and backend development)
Startup experience preferably in the fintech space
Experience with end-to-end full-stack mobile, web, and QA testing
Strong command of SQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB
Excellent verbal and written communication with senior executives
Manage time efficiently and is highly collaborative
Strong leaderships skills and ability to manage a team of developers
Ability to meet tight deadlines under pressure
Preferred: BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field; MBA or other relevant graduate degree is a plus

Salary Range: $210,000 to $230,000 per year (Salary and stock options package commensurate with experience)

The base salary range represents the reasonably anticipated low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience, and competencies, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data for companies of our size and industry.
