Job Title: Full Stack Developer – Python & React JS

Job Type: Full-Time.

About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and passionate Full Stack Developer with strong experience in Python (backend) and React JS (frontend) to join our dynamic technology team. You will be responsible for building scalable web applications, developing RESTful APIs, and ensuring seamless user experiences. This is a hands-on development role requiring excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a passion for clean, efficient code.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain scalable web applications using Python (Django/Flask/FastAPI) and React JS
  • Design and build RESTful APIs for integration with frontend applications and third-party services
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers and product managers to implement user-centric features
  • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices
  • Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues across the full stack
  • Manage code deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and version control (e.g., Git)
  • Participate in agile development processes including sprint planning, code reviews and retrospectives

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 3+ years of professional experience in full stack development
  • Strong proficiency in Python and backend frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask, FastAPI)
  • Solid experience with React JS, Redux, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
  • Experience with RESTful API design and development
  • Familiarity with relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL databases (MongoDB)
  • Understanding of containerization and deployment tools (Docker, Kubernetes is a plus)
  • Experience with version control systems (Git/GitHub)
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills

Preferred/Good to Have:

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Knowledge of GraphQL, WebSockets, or other modern web technologies
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
  • Exposure to microservices architecture
