Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Engineering Manager with expertise in React JS and hybrid technologies. The ideal candidate will lead a team of talented engineers, driving the development of cutting-edge web applications and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our web technology strategy and fostering a collaborative and innovative engineering culture.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Leadership and Management:
o Lead, mentor, and manage a team of front-end and hybrid technology engineers.
o Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and innovation within the team.
o Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
o Identify and address skill gaps through training and professional development.
2. Technical Expertise:
o Oversee the design, development, and deployment of web applications using React JS and other relevant technologies.
o Ensure the adoption of best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
o Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
o Evaluate and recommend tools, frameworks, and technologies to enhance the development process.
3. Project Management:
o Plan, execute, and oversee web development projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards.
o Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
o Track project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
4. Quality Assurance:
o Implement and maintain a robust testing and quality assurance process.
o Ensure code quality, performance, and scalability through code reviews and testing.
o Collaborate with QA engineers to develop and execute test plans.
5. Innovation and Continuous Improvement:
o Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in web development.
o Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the engineering team.
o Encourage and facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration across teams.
Qualifications:
.Exp : 10 Yrs to 13 Yrs
·Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
·Proven experience as an Engineering Manager or similar role, leading web development teams.
·Extensive experience with React JS and related technologies (e.g., Redux, React Router).
·Strong understanding of hybrid mobile development frameworks (e.g., React Native, Ionic).
·Proficiency in modern web technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
·Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and other backend integration methods.
·Solid understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
·Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
·Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
