Domain Requirement: Banking

Role Summary:
We are seeking experienced .NET Full Stack Developers with strong expertise in backend development using .NET and frontend development using React. The role involves building secure and scalable banking applications, designing high-quality user interfaces, and integrating enterprise APIs and services. Candidates must have hands-on experience with modern .NET frameworks, API development, RDBMS, and high-performance UI frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using .NET Core/.NET 6 or higher.
• Develop REST APIs leveraging ASP.NET Core Web API standards.
• Work with dependency injection, middleware, configuration, and logging frameworks.
• Build modern, responsive front-end interfaces using React 18 or newer.
• Collaborate with UX and product teams to deliver high-performance UI/UX.
• Implement SQL queries, schema design, and optimize database performance.
• Ensure application security, scalability, and maintainability.
• Use Git and code quality tools such as SonarLint/SonarQube.
• Participate in code reviews, testing cycles, and agile delivery methodologies.

Mandatory Technical Skills (Must Have):
• C# and .NET Core / .NET 6+
• ASP.NET Core Web API development
• React 18+
• Visual Studio, JetBrains Rider, VS Code, Chrome DevTools
• Basic Linux shell scripting
• RDBMS and relational concepts (SQL, joins, indexes, triggers, etc.)
• REST Web Services
• SQL queries and performance tuning
• Git + SonarLint/SonarQube familiarity

Nice-to-Have Skills (Good to Have):
• Angular 16+
• Docker & Kubernetes
• Kafka
• MassTransit
• Micro-frontends via Module Federation
• Ability to write or understand complex SQL queries

Soft Skills & Competencies:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in agile environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration
• Attention to detail and quality-focused mindset
• Ability to work in fast-paced banking environments

Domain Expertise:
• Mandatory experience in Banking, BFSI, or Financial Services domain with exposure to enterprise-grade platforms, digital workflows, and integration services.
