Role Summary:
Responsible for building scalable, high-performing front-end applications using React and modern JS frameworks, with strong UI/UX development capability and robust knowledge of enterprise-grade front-end architectures within banking systems.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop responsive, reusable UI components with React.
• Implement state management (Redux / Context API / RTK Query).
• Optimize application performance, rendering behavior, and interaction patterns.
• Collaborate with backend engineering and product stakeholders.
• Contribute to UI design systems, standards, and best practices.
• Ensure code quality, maintainability, and compliance with enterprise standards.

Must-Have Technical Skills:
• React (Expert level)
• Design System experience (MUI or custom)
• Redux / Context API (Expert)
• RTK Query or React Query (Intermediate)
• Strong JS fundamentals (promises, closures, events, async, etc.)

Good-to-Have Skills:
• Monorepo architecture (Nx)
• Module Federation
• Microfrontends
• Web Components / iFrames understanding
