Job Description:

As a ReactJS Developer in the retail industry, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications that enhance the online retail experience. Your primary focus will be on implementing user interfaces in ReactJS, ensuring high performance, and collaborating with the development team to deliver seamless and user-friendly applications.

Responsibilities:

Front-End Development: Build efficient and reusable ReactJS components to create visually appealing and responsive user interfaces for online retail platforms.
State Management: Implement state management using libraries like Redux or MobX to manage data flow effectively within the application.
Integration: Collaborate with the back-end development team to integrate front-end functionalities with server-side logic and APIs.
Performance Optimization: Identify and address performance bottlenecks, aiming to improve the overall speed and responsiveness of the applications.
Cross-Browser Compatibility: Ensure that applications are compatible with various web browsers to provide consistent user experiences across different platforms.
Responsive Design: Implement responsive design principles to ensure the application is accessible and functional on various devices, including desktops, tablets, and mobile phones.
Testing: Write unit tests and conduct thorough testing to ensure the robustness and reliability of the application.
Code Reviews: Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality, share knowledge, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for the developed features, components, and functionalities.
Collaborate with UX/UI Designers: Work closely with UX/UI designers to implement their designs while providing input on usability and feasibility.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proficiency in ReactJS and its core principles.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a similar field.
Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
Experience with state management libraries like Redux or MobX.
Familiarity with front-end build tools, such as Webpack or Parcel.
Knowledge of RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
Ability to work with version control systems like Git.
Familiarity with front-end testing frameworks such as Jest, Enzyme, or React Testing Library.
Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles.
Experience with e-commerce platforms or retail-specific applications
Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with server-side rendering (SSR) and Next.js.
Knowledge of GraphQL..
Understanding of web accessibility standards and practices.
