Senior React Native Mobile Developers Join the game-changers

We are looking to add a Senior React Native Mobile Developer to our existing Mobile team within this fully funded incubator project. In joining us, you would become key members of the engineering team that is responsible for the full application lifecycle and launching simultaneously on both iOS and Android.

From developing new innovative solutions to problem-solving complex integrations, you will support the design, build, and delivery of this global greenfield App.

This is a senior role, where you will drive the engineering choices, tech roadmap, and development for our brand-new cross-platform app. This role could include leadership responsibilities, where you would lead a squad of developers in providing a continuous stream of functionalities.

What you will do:

As part of a network of teams, you will be working alongside other technical specialists, team leads and developers, as well as design, product, and commercial business functions. It is essential that applicants are open and committed to a collaborative approach to problem-solving, achieving goals, and the delivery of a market-leading app.
Building a best-in-class client experience.
Helping launch the App simultaneously on both iOS and Android.

To thrive in this position, we are looking for applicants who are excited to work on a greenfield app in its early development stages and help iterate the product in an agile development team. As we are early in the design and build phase, this role is suited to candidates who are open to supporting the development of middleware and backend services that enable an optimised mobile experience, such as edge services and backend for frontends.

What you’ll need for this role:

Extensive experience in React Native development. With several apps in production.
Knowledge of React state management tools (Redux, MobX) and data fetching utilities (Redux-toolkit, React Query).
Experience working in Agile teams.
You have experience developing solutions that handle user authentication, real-time dynamic data, and transactional logic.

Bonus. Experience or expertise in:

Pixel-perfect components, design systems or animations
Automatic testing suites, including e2e.
The leadership of teams of developers.
Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
Push Notifications.
