Location: 3 days/ week in Framingham, MA.

Duration: 12+ months

Job Description

The Web Developer will support the delivery of solutions through the internet in support for client’s portal. The AB Testing team works with the Product, Merchandising, Marketing and Technology organizations as well as other teams responsible for website functionalities.

The role of the Web Developer is an integral role on the A/B Testing team. This individual must have a solid understanding of web technologies, web architecture and design and delivery of web technology. Above all else, this individual will be part of a fast-paced Agile team and must possess the qualities needed to deliver production quality work at a rapid pace.

Successful applicants will be creative and critical thinkers, they will also have strong collaboration skills, and a passion to deliver high value business solutions.

Primary Responsibilities

Work with business stakeholders to understand business requirements for A/B tests
Formulate requirements into technical plan
Experience partnering with 3rd party vendors to integrate into web tier and to deliver solution in 3rd party vendor’s SDLC
Be available for all stages of deployment including launching new work into production
Operate and execute campaigns through Agile methodology
Partnership and constant dialogue with members of Product, Merchandising and Marketing and Global Technology organizations
Knowledge sharing and project builds with fellow Developers

Qualifications

Basic

Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field
4 - 6 years working in a fast-paced development environment with experience in consumer-facing web products
Must be able to code independently.
Strong UI/UX development skills in the following: HTML5/XHTML, CSS3, JavaScript, JSON and AJAX, Regular Expressions

Preferred

Ability to work independently and with a large team
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent analytical abilities and strong intellectual curiosity
Good Time management and organizational skills
Previous experience in Agile environment
Functional working with SQL and NoSQL data sources.
Familiar with web security, DNS, and SSL.
Familiar with cross browser development.
