Technical Lead - Fullstack:

We are hiring a Technical Lead Full Stack to lead engineering execution for web-based and AI-enabled systems. The role requires strong hands-on development, architectural collaboration, and enforcement of TDD and automation-first engineering practices.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement secure microservices using Spring Boot

Integrate BPMN workflow engines and ActiveMQ messaging

Implement OAuth2 and JWT-based security

Enforce TDD and CI/CD practices

Lead performance optimization using JMeter insights

Mentor engineering team and conduct code reviews

Required Qualifications

810 years of experience in full-stack development

Strong experience Spring Boot

Experience in microservices architecture

CI/CD pipeline setup (GitHub Actions, AWS DevOps, etc.)

Docker & Kubernetes exposure

Cloud experience (AWS preferred)

Technical Stack & Environment:

• Backend: Spring Boot (Primary), REST APIs, Microservices

• Frontend: React.js / Next.js with TypeScript

• Workflow: BPMN 2.0 (Activiti / Camunda)

• Messaging: JMS, Apache ActiveMQ

• Security: Spring Security, OAuth2, JWT, RBAC

• Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB

• Testing: Selenium, JUnit, Mockito
