Job Title: React Lead with .NET Background

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced React Lead with a strong .NET background to drive the development of scalable, high-performance applications. The ideal candidate will combine expertise in modern front-end frameworks (React.js/ReactJS) with solid backend knowledge in .NET/C#, and lead a cross-functional team to deliver enterprise-grade solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of React and .NET developers to ensure best practices in coding, design, and architecture.

Design and develop responsive, user-friendly front-end applications using React.js.

Build and integrate backend services using .NET / C# and RESTful APIs.

Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and product owners to define technical roadmaps and solutions.

Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure high-quality deliverables.

Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.

Manage sprint planning, backlog grooming, and Agile ceremonies as a technical lead.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across front-end and back-end layers.

Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

8+ years of software development experience with at least 3+ years leading teams.

Strong proficiency in React.js/ReactJS (hooks, Redux, component-based architecture).

Hands-on experience with .NET / ASP.NET Core / C# development.

Solid understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and integration strategies.

Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases.

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with TypeScript and modern JavaScript (ES6+).

Knowledge of containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).

Exposure to cloud-native application development (Azure Functions, AWS Lambda).

Agile/Scrum experience in enterprise environments.
