We are seeking an experienced React Lead with .NET expertise to lead the design and development of scalable, high-performing applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building modern web applications using React.js (with TypeScript, ES6, Redux/MobX) on the front end, and .NET Core / C# on the backend, with deep knowledge of APIs, SQL Server, and cloud environments (preferably Azure).

As a technical leader, you will mentor developers, enforce best practices, and collaborate with architects, product owners, and cross-functional teams to deliver robust enterprise-grade solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and implementation of web applications using React.js (hooks, state management, SPA) and .NET Core (Web APIs, REST services, Entity Framework).
Build reusable components, enforce coding standards, and ensure performance optimization in React applications.
Architect and develop scalable microservices and RESTful APIs using C#/.NET Core.
Oversee integration of SQL Server databases, write optimized queries, stored procedures, and design data models.
Guide the team in implementing CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Docker) for continuous integration and deployment.
Ensure secure coding practices, including authentication, authorization, JWT/OAuth2, and API security.
Collaborate with UI/UX teams to deliver responsive and accessible (508 compliant) designs.
Provide technical leadership by conducting code reviews, mentoring junior developers, and driving Agile ceremonies (Scrum, sprint planning, retrospectives).
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance across the stack.
Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
