Role: React Lead Developer

Contract 2 Hire Role

We are seeking an experienced React Lead to design, develop, and lead the implementation of cutting-edge web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in JavaScript, React, and state management libraries such as Redux, along with leadership skills to mentor developers and drive architectural decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance front-end applications using React.js.
  • Architect and implement efficient state management solutions using Redux (reducers, actions, middleware like Thunk, etc.).
  • Mentor and guide junior developers by conducting code reviews, technical discussions, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate RESTful APIs and manage asynchronous data flow.
  • Evaluate and implement modern ES6+ JavaScript features for optimized code quality and maintainability.
  • Ensure UI components are reusable, responsive, and optimized for performance.
  • Drive architectural discussions and provide solutions for complex technical challenges.
  • Stay up to date with the latest advancements in React, JavaScript, and ecosystem libraries.
