The Client:

Our client, a leading consulting firm, holds significant influence in the global healthcare sector. With partnerships spanning nearly every major pharmaceutical and healthcare entity, they operate extensively in research and development, commercialisation, supply chain management, and manufacturing. Essentially, their services encompass the entirety of the healthcare value chain.

The Project:

The project centres on a low-code, no-code platform designed to generate autonomous agents at scale. These agents can facilitate various productivity enhancements within enterprises, such as Q&A engines, basic data analysis, and improved writing techniques.

Intellectsoft’s role entails developing a search system leveraging OpenAI’s GPT technology. Our engineers will be involved in different development teams focused on key system layers. This system interfaces with multiple data repositories, indexes documents, and stores data within a centralized database. Consequently, end-users can effortlessly locate information even without precise keyword inputs, thanks to intelligent semantic matching capabilities.

Your responsibilities:
1. Utilize your expertise in FastAPI to design, implement, and maintain robust and scalable API solutions.

2. Drive the development of responsive, visually appealing, and highly performant web applications.

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and ensure the delivery of high-performance APIs.

4. Leverage your proficiency in pandas to manipulate and analyze complex datasets, ensuring optimal performance and data accuracy.

5. Contribute to the development of data processing pipelines and workflows, integrating pandas for efficient data transformations.

6. Design, implement, and optimize database schemas and queries using PostgreSQL.

7. Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain code quality, adherence to coding standards, and best practices.

8. Mentor team members, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.

9. Collaborate with the team to make architectural decisions that align with project goals and industry best practices.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Python Developer, with a focus on FastAPI, pandas, and PostgreSQL.
Strong understanding of API development, data manipulation, and database design principles.
Expertise in front-end technologies, with a focus on React.
Experience with software development lifecycle and version control systems (e.g., Git).
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
