Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Java and React.js.
• Build scalable, high-performance, and secure web applications.
• Develop RESTful APIs and integrate them with front-end applications.
• Implement multithreading and concurrency concepts to optimize application performance.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver quality solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, performance tuning, and application support activities.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and best practices.
• Contribute to the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Strong hands-on experience in Core Java, Java 8/11+, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
• Expertise in React.js, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end development practices.
• Strong understanding of Multithreading, Concurrency, Collections, and Design Patterns.
• Experience in developing and consuming REST APIs.
• Good knowledge of SQL and database concepts.
• Familiarity with Git, Maven, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Banking or Financial Services domain.
• Exposure to cloud platforms and containerization technologies is an advantage.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Eligibility Criteria

• Banking domain experience is preferred.
• PF deduction must be reflected in all previous/current employment records.
• Candidates with frequent job changes/multiple switches will not be considered.
• Candidates should be willing to work from Pune, Bangalore, Chennai, or Hyderabad

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
