Our business is growing steadily, and we are expanding our engineering teams to further develop Jitera's automation product, which includes No-Code, Low-Code, and code generator tools. As the number of talented engineers grows, so does the need for full-stack developers who can collaborate effectively with them.

There are huge demands and lots of technical challenges in our development, so lots of skilled and talented professionals are contributing to the product in the professional remote team from all over the world.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, test and release high-quality software speedy.
  • Work with other engineers, designers, and product managers to implement various features while considering maintainability, security, and performance.
  • Represent the engineering team in meetings, contributing to ideas relevant to product growth with a strong understanding of future customers and their desires.
  • Monitor and bug fixes to ensure that customers can use the application expectedly.
  • Create technical documentation and communicate clearly across the product team.
  • Support team members to review, feedback, and onboard.

Requirements

Required Qualifications
  • More than 5 years of experience in software development
  • More than 5 years of experience in React, Node and TypeScript
  • Business level English skills (speaking / listening/ writing/ reading)
  • Good understanding of fundamental design patterns in software design.
  • Ability to work independently with leadership.
  • Communication skills to work cooperatively in a remote team.
  • Have a stable network connection and a workspace where you can focus on your tasks.

Desirable Experiences
  • Experience in React Native development
  • Experience in server-side development with NestJS.
  • Experience to develop applications with NoCode services.

  • Frontend: TypeScript, React, React Native, Styled Components, Apollo Client
  • Backend: Node, GraphQL, Ruby, Ruby on Rails, PHP lavarel.

  • CI/CD: Github Actions, AWS CodePipeline

Work Styles
  • Fully remote. You can work from all over the world. Of course, you can also work from your home.
  • We offer a full flextime system, allowing you to work at any time in your time zone. However, regular team and company meetings are mandatory.
  • If you have recently had a full-time job, you can work part-time during the probationary period.
